Mandarin Oriental reopened The Landmark, Hong Kong on 1 June 2026 after a renovation, with a new entrance on Queen's Road Central and interiors by Joyce Wang Studio, according to the company. The reopened hotel has 109 rooms and suites, and a new spa is due to follow in July 2026.
The figure the hotel leads with is not square footage but stars. The company says its restaurants together hold seven Michelin stars and one Green Star, with the flagship Amber carrying three stars and a Green Star of its own. For a small hotel in Central, the dining room, not the room count, is the proposition.
