Quarter-alone and year-to-date rows are floortok's arithmetic on the company's own filings — the quarter alone under a cumulative filing, the year to date under a quarter — shown only where the filings they need are on file. A period tagged Year-to-Date runs from the start of the company's fiscal year.

Inditex's fiscal first half (Feb–Jul 2026) sales rose 9.2% at constant exchange rates, but a firmer euro pared the reported gain to 7.6%, to €19.76bn. EBIT climbed 7.6% to €3.84bn (19.5% margin, gross margin 58.7%) and net profit rose 6.8% to €2.98bn. It is on this page because Zara competes for the same Japanese floors as Uniqlo and the same customer as every apparel group above it — but Inditex still gives no Japan or Asia figure to test that against, only a combined "Asia and Rest of World" line that slipped to 15.0% of group sales from 16.0%. The group operated 5,444 stores at period-end, three fewer than at Q1.

Q1 FY2026 (Feb–Apr 2026) · Year-to-Date

Inditex publishes no geographic breakdown in its quarterly release — no Japan figure, and no Asia figure either. It is on this page because Zara competes for the same Japanese floors as Uniqlo and the same customer as every apparel group above it. February–April sales rose 5.8% to €8.75bn (+8.8% in constant currency), EBIT 7.0% to €1.76bn and net profit 5.4% to €1.38bn, at a gross margin of 61.2%. It operated 5,456 stores at the end of the quarter and expects a roughly 1% currency drag on 2026 sales.
