- Fees other than the price
- Consumption tax is already included in the displayed price; no separate fee is added by us. You are responsible for the internet and communication charges needed to use the service.
- Accepted payment method
- Credit card, processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.).
- Payment timing
- Charged to your card immediately when you subscribe, and then automatically at the start of each following billing period (monthly or yearly) on each auto-renewal, until you cancel.
- When the service is provided
- Access to the paid features begins immediately after your payment is completed.
- Cancellation, returns and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and the fee for the current period is not refunded. Because the service is a digital information service sold by distance selling (通信販売), there is no cooling-off period, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are not provided except where required by law or where we are at fault.

- A device with a current web browser and an internet connection is required. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or system outages.
