Japan Airlines flies full-service routes as JAL, runs low-cost carriers ZIPAIR and Spring Japan, and has a miles, card and commerce arm. In April–June 2026 revenue rose 11.2% to ¥523.7bn, but higher fuel costs cut EBIT, its headline profit measure, 72.1% to ¥12.7bn and net income 80.2% to ¥5.4bn.
