• InboundLoft offers tax-free shopping at 24 stores. Its tax-free transactions in March–November 2025 rose about 70% on the year to a record, with visitors from more than 100 countries and a rising share from Europe and the US, the company said in December 2025.
• StoresAt the end of May 2026 Loft ran 158 directly operated and 27 franchised stores in Japan, plus three directly run and three franchised stores abroad; it had 5,831 employees at the end of February 2026, its website says.
