• JapanGMV on its Japan marketplace rose 14.7% to ¥1,285.6bn, its first double-digit growth since the year to June 2023, and monthly users passed 24 million. April–June GMV grew 26%. Its Japan Business made revenue of ¥180.86bn (+20.7%) and segment profit of ¥51.32bn (+47.2%).
• JapanMercari opened its own authentication centre in September 2025 and made authentication free for sneakers and fashion priced ¥100,000 or more and trading cards from ¥150,000; authentications roughly tripled. On 14 July 2026 it launched m department, a separate site for authenticated brand goods and refurbished items.
