JapanWacoal's domestic business saw revenue fall 2.0% to ¥21.8bn and swung to a ¥275m business loss from a ¥604m profit. Online sales grew, but physical stores lagged as retail customers cut big promotions and the weather was cooler, the company says. Revenue booked in Japan was ¥25.3bn, against ¥25.7bn.
StoresWacoal Corp.'s shop-floor sales in department stores ran at 96% of last year's level in April–June (90% in June, hit by unseasonable weather) and 97% in July–September; its own online store was at 113% in April–June. It sold through 155 department stores at end-March 2026, six fewer than a year earlier.
