Blue Zones Holdings is the holding company formed in October 2025 over the Yaoko supermarket chain; it also owns the AV and Foodcot discounters, Sendo, Cook Mart operator Delight Holdings and Bunkado — 277 stores in all. In April–June 2026 revenue was ¥223.1bn, up 15.1% on Yaoko's year-earlier figure; operating profit rose 10.1% to ¥11.6bn and net income 8.2% to ¥7.7bn.

Blue Zones was set up on 1 October 2025 as Yaoko's holding company, so its results release prints no prior-year figures.
