The July counterpart of the January Ginza series: the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's prefectural land-price survey (都道府県地価調査) benchmark point 中央5-13, 銀座2丁目2番19外 (2-6-7 Ginza, the Meidi-ya Ginza building), ¥52.5 million per m² at 1 July 2026 — Japan's highest survey price. Note this is a different lot from the January 地価公示 point (銀座4丁目). Year-on-year is the official 変動率 where the data file carries it (2021 on). Shown in ¥10,000/m².
