What Hokkaido Airports earns from its terminal buildings across New Chitose and the six other Hokkaido airports it runs — the ビル施設等事業 line of its profit statement: rent from tenant shops and restaurants (including turnover-linked rent), sales at the shops it runs itself, service sales, passenger facility charges and cargo income — by fiscal year ending March; the year shown is the one in which the fiscal year ends. Most shops in the terminals are tenants, whose takings the company does not publish, so this is the closest published measure of the terminals' commercial business.
