Everything Kansai Airports earns beyond aircraft and passenger charges across Kansai International, Itami and Kobe: sales at the duty-free shops, general shops and restaurants it runs itself, plus tenant rents, lounges, the hotel and other income — the company's 非航空系事業収入 line, by fiscal year ending March; the year shown is the one in which the fiscal year ends. The company does not publish shop sales on their own: its results deck shows the own-run duty-free and shop-and-restaurant shares only as bars with growth rates (own-run duty-free +14% and own-run shops and restaurants +5% in the year to March 2026). Its site refuses automated readers, so the figures were read from the decks in a browser. Year-on-year is computed by floortok from the previous year.
floortok processing: floortok converted the company's 億円 figures to ¥ billion (÷10).
