Fukuoka's most expensive commercial land: standard point 福岡中央5-9, 天神1丁目96番1外 (1-11-1 Tenjin, Chuo-ku), ¥12.4 million per m² at 1 January 2026. The point was newly selected for the 2022 survey, so the series starts there and 2022 carries no official rate; MLIT's city table shows the same ¥11.0 million top price in 2020–21 at the predecessor point.
