Wolfgang's Steakhouse opens a 102-seat Nagoya location inside the Nagoya Kanko Hotel
WDI is opening a 102-seat Wolfgang's Steakhouse inside the Nagoya Kanko Hotel on 4 September, extending the New York dry-aged-steak chain's Japan footprint into the Tokai region.

WDI, the Japan operator of Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener, will open a new location inside the Nagoya Kanko Hotel on 4 September, a Friday, according to the restaurant's listing on WDI's own site.
The 102-seat restaurant takes the first floor of the hotel building near Fushimi Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway's Tozai Line, WDI said, running from 11:30am to 11:30pm with a last order of 10:30pm; the listing confirms online reservations through TableCheck and that shareholder benefit vouchers are accepted.
Pairing a steakhouse with an established hotel gives WDI a built-in banquet and business-travel audience without the site-hunting risk of a stand-alone lease — a lower-risk way to extend Wolfgang's beyond Tokyo and Osaka into Nagoya, Japan's third-largest metropolitan market.
