Tiffany & Co. has added two prix-fixe tasting courses to the Blue Box Cafe at its Ginza flagship, a year after the cafe first opened, the company said in a statement.

The two courses are a ¥12,500 four-course menu offering a choice of three main dishes, and an ¥18,000 four-course specialty course built around dishes created by chef Natsuko Shoji, including a "Special Lobster Pie" that wraps Breton lobster and scallop mousse in puff pastry. Both are available at lunch and dinner.

Shoji, who oversees the cafe's kitchen, has been named best pastry chef and outstanding female chef at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, and won "Pastry & Bakery Opening of the Year" at the 2026 LA LISTE Pastry Special Awards.

The move fits a wider push by hard-luxury and jewellery maisons into directly run hospitality on their own retail floors, a way to keep customers dwelling longer inside the building and turn a flagship into more than a place to look at cases. A year on from opening with a chef of Shoji's calibre, formalising a full tasting-menu format is the logical next step for keeping the cafe relevant beyond its opening buzz.
