United Arrows opens its first outlet store in mainland China, at Bicester Village Shanghai
United Arrows, the Tokyo-based select-shop chain that stocks fashion floors in department stores across Japan, is opening its first outlet-format store in mainland China, at a mall near Shanghai Disney Resort, as it tests how a brand built on full-price Japanese retailing sells at a discount abroad.
United Arrows Ltd. (ユナイテッドアローズ) said it will open its first outlet-format store in mainland China, at Bicester Village Shanghai (上海比斯特購物村), an outlet mall near Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Disney Resort, according to the Tokyo-headquartered select-shop operator's announcement on November 6. The 215-square-metre store, United Arrows Shanghai Bicester Village (ユナイテッドアローズ 上海 Bicester Village店), is scheduled to open in November 2026; the release gives no exact date.
