FENDI Casa interiors for a 997 m² private villa in Hiroo, developed by List
THE ONE Atelier has unveiled its FENDI Casa interior design for a 997-square-metre private villa in Tokyo's Hiroo, developed by List Development, which has put an Italian furniture name on a Tokyo residence before, with Poltrona Frau in Motoazabu in 2023.
THE ONE Atelier, the design studio that led the interior concept alongside FENDI Casa, has unveiled its design for a private villa in Hiroo (広尾), a residential pocket of Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, developed by List Development, according to a project page the studio published on 27 October. The house, named Tokyo Private Villa HIROO — Interiors by FENDI Casa, runs to 997 square metres across four levels built around a central garden, with each level given over to a different part of domestic life, from arrival and entertaining through to everyday living and a private retreat, the studio said. List Development is developing the project in partnership with List Sotheby's International Realty, according to the page.
