Ginza Mitsukoshi's newest event hall gets its first Christmas market
Isetan Mitsukoshi is using the newest event space inside its Ginza flagship for the first time to stage an import-goods Christmas market, built in three stages through December — one more piece of the holiday footfall programming department stores run at Japan's most valuable retail address.
Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings will run "GINZA Christmas Market 2026" on the seventh floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi's (銀座三越) New Building from November 11 to December 21, the company said — the first time the store has staged the event in that hall. About 20 shops are taking part.
