Louis Vuitton Japan prices a six-piece Vivienne holiday capsule from ¥77,000 to ¥156,200
Louis Vuitton Japan is charging ¥77,000 to ¥156,200 for six new leather goods in its holiday-season Vivienne mascot collection — a dated line on what the house is asking Tokyo shoppers to spend on a gift this year.

Louis Vuitton Japan priced six new leather goods for its "Vivienne Winter Holiday" collection (ヴィヴィエンヌ ウィンターホリデー) at between ¥77,000 and ¥156,200, according to a release on the house's own PR TIMES newsroom dated October 29. The pieces carry over Vivienne, the mascot Louis Vuitton introduced in 2017 and named for the vachetta leather, VVN, used across its leather goods and luggage.
The range runs from a ¥77,000 key case to a ¥156,200 zippy wallet, with four pieces in between: a ¥96,800 coin purse, a ¥124,300 long wallet, an ¥89,100 card case and a ¥78,100 card-and-key case. Louis Vuitton built the collection around a starry-night party theme across two canvases, Monogram White and Monogram Night, dressing Vivienne in "costumes" picked out with LV-initial and monogram-flower motifs, rhinestones and star details, plus a discreet hot-stamp of Lou (ルー), the house's companion mini mascot. The most expensive piece, the zippy wallet, adds a Vivienne-shaped zip pull and twelve card slots; the long wallet's snap closure is set with rhinestones.
It is a modest, closed set — six SKUs, all small leather goods rather than bags — but it is a precise one: a holiday-season price list for exactly what Louis Vuitton is asking Japanese shoppers to spend on a mascot gift this year, with an entry point under ¥80,000 and a ceiling just above ¥150,000. For a house that rarely discounts, a seasonal mascot capsule like this is one of the few levers it pulls on price at all — not by cutting it, but by giving ordinary leather goods a limited design a shopper has a reason to buy now rather than at any other time of year.
