GANNI opens its fourth Japan store, inside Isetan Shinjuku, with an exclusive bag
Danish contemporary label GANNI has opened its fourth Japan store, taking a corner of Isetan Shinjuku's second-floor TOKYO Closet section, with a store-exclusive handbag among the draws.

GANNI, the Copenhagen-based contemporary fashion label led by creative director Ditte Reffstrup, opened its fourth store in Japan on 2 September, inside Isetan Shinjuku's main building, on the second-floor "TOKYO Closet" section, according to an announcement from 2.24 Co., Ltd., the brand's Japan operator. The store follows three earlier Japan doors, at Shibuya PARCO, Hankyu Umeda and Shinsaibashi PARCO.
The Isetan shop carries GANNI's autumn/winter 2026 collection, which the company said draws on Danish northern landscapes, and stocks a version of the brand's Hobo Mini bag sold only at this location: a black "Hobo Mini Flowers" style with a flower print, priced at ¥113,300 and available in limited quantity. Isetan is also offering an original charm keyring with purchases of ¥55,000 or more, and a sticker for shoppers who sign up for the brand's LINE WORKS channel during the opening period.
Putting a Japan-exclusive style at a single flagship door, rather than spreading it across GANNI's four locations, is a clienteling move as much as a merchandising one: it gives Isetan's second floor — long a proving ground for younger European contemporary labels — a reason for a loyal shopper to visit this specific counter rather than order online.
