Porter Classic brings a gemstone-hardware leather capsule to Isetan Shinjuku
Porter Classic is staging a leather-focused event at Isetan Shinjuku's Men's Residence from October 21 to November 3, debuting a "Crash Collection" that pairs cracked lapis lazuli and onyx hardware with silver on jackets and bags -- a direct read on how the brand is merchandising its priciest leather on a Tokyo department-store floor this autumn.

Porter Classic Co., Ltd. said it will hold "RIDERS LOVE 2026," a leather-focused event, at Isetan Shinjuku's Men's Building 8th-floor "Isetan Men's Residence" from October 21 to November 3, followed by the event's first-ever run in the Kansai region at JR Kyoto Isetan's sixth-floor "SPOT" section from November 4 to 17, according to a release dated October 16.
The event debuts the "Crash Collection," which combines cracked lapis lazuli and onyx stones with silver using a craftsman's technique, used as buttons and zipper pulls on leather jackets, the company said. Pieces include an ENTREFINO leather-suede motorcycle jacket at ¥1,551,000 and a leather military jacket with Polartec lining at ¥1,210,000.
Also on sale is a limited dark-blue version of a jacket the company said sold well last year, priced at ¥418,000 and available only at the Isetan Shinjuku and Kyoto stores, plus a ¥99,000 leather mini shoulder bag with a zipper pull hand-made by craftsman Goro Asai of Grok Leather, sold at Isetan only.
The pricing is the story here as much as the stones: several Crash Collection pieces run past ¥1m, a level Porter Classic is testing on Isetan's own floor rather than through a standalone boutique -- a small, short-run event, but a clear read on how far the brand is willing to push its top end this autumn.
