Five brands make their first Premium Outlets appearance at Shisui, led by Korean golf label Anew Golf

Mitsubishi Estate · Simon's Shisui Premium Outlets in Chiba is adding five brands that have never traded at any of its Premium Outlets malls before, led by the Korean golf-fashion label Anew Golf, ahead of a site-wide sale discounting up to 70% across a planned 137 brands.

Mitsubishi Estate · Simon said five brands have opened or will open their first-ever stores at any of its Premium Outlets malls at Shisui Premium Outlets in Chiba Prefecture this autumn and winter, led by the Korean golf-fashion label Anew Golf, which takes a limited-term store from October 10 to December 13. The operator runs outlet malls across Japan, including Gotemba, Kobe-Sanda and Tosu; this marks the brands' first appearance at any of them, not necessarily their first store in Japan.

Anew Golf blends street-fashion styling into golfwear with bold colour and pattern, according to the operator. Three more first-timers follow through December: Unfilo and Steppi, two comfort-focused labels aimed at a wide range of sizes -- Unfilo in functional-material apparel, Steppi in stretch-knit shoes designed to fit feet that swell during the day -- both open December 4 to February 28; and Jamie Kay, a New Zealand babywear and kidswear brand with nature-inspired prints, open December 17 to February 28. A fifth brand, Marion Crepes -- which the operator credits as Japan's original paper-rolled crepe specialist, founded in 1976 -- opened permanently on September 18, its first time inside any Premium Outlets mall, though not its first store nationally.

The mall is also refreshing established names around the same run: Mizuno opens its first outlet counter dedicated to baseball gear, including soft-ball gloves and bats alongside its usual golf clubs and apparel, from November 3 through next July; Boss and Hummel relocated and renewed their stores on October 23; Casio's watch store, carrying G-Shock and Baby-G, renews October 30; Francfranc reopens with a redesigned layout November 2; ABC-Mart opens permanently November 5; and beauty-device brand ReFa opens permanently December 18. Vegan outerwear label Save The Duck adds a limited-term store from November 3 to January 31.

All of it leads into a site-wide "Premium Outlets Sale" from November 6 to 15, discounting winter fashion, accessories and lifestyle goods by up to 70% across a planned 137 brands -- details the operator says may still change.
